Phone calls and external services

When you call Intracoastal, your telephone provider processes the call and your number may appear in ordinary call records. The online life-insurance estimate is provided by BackNine and is governed by the privacy terms shown within that service. Florida’s license-search website is also a separate government service.

Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, financial statements, policy documents or other sensitive records through ordinary email. If information is necessary for an insurance application or policy review, ask Jason which insurer-approved or secure method should be used.
